KDIORSTUDIOS provides professional lash services, beauty education, and beauty products. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order when necessary, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before products are shipped or services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed payment made without first attempting to resolve the matter with KDIORSTUDIOS may be contested using available order records and transaction documentation.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspected fraudulent orders
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Refuse service
  • Request identity verification before shipping high-value orders

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and according to instructions.

Professional-use products should only be used by individuals with proper training and experience.

KDIORSTUDIOS is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, misuse, improper storage, improper application, or failure to follow instructions.

Patch testing is recommended before using any adhesive or chemical product.

8. Appointment Policies

Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by KDIORSTUDIOS.

Late arrivals, no-shows, or same-day cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.

Completed services are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by KDIORSTUDIOS, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product names
  • Product photos
  • Videos
  • Marketing materials
  • Website content
  • Training materials
  • Graphics

remains the exclusive property of KDIORSTUDIOS and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Commit payment fraud
  • File false chargebacks
  • Submit false reviews
  • Harass or threaten staff
  • Attempt to damage our business reputation through knowingly false statements

KDIORSTUDIOS reserves the right to refuse future service to customers engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDIORSTUDIOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
