What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene standards, KDIOR STUDIOS has a strict return policy.
All Sales Are Final
All lash and beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at Support.kdiorstudios@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• A short description of what’s wrong
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit (our choice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• All lashes (cluster, strip, premade, individual)
• Adhesives/removers
• Tools (tweezers, scissors, etc.)
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
Shipping & Address Issues
Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. KDIOR STUDIOS is not responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
• Carrier delays (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
