KDIORSTUDIOS Return & Refund Policy

At KDIORSTUDIOS, we take pride in providing high-quality lash products and professional beauty services. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Lash Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Lash trays
- Tweezers
- Adhesives
- Cluster kits
- Lash lift products
- Lash tools
- Any opened, used, or altered items
Products must remain unopened and unused to qualify for any approved replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and label
- A description of the issue
If approved, we will replace the item or provide store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, KDIORSTUDIOS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact KDIORSTUDIOS first to allow us the opportunity to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping and delivery records
- Tracking information
- Customer communications
- Photos and videos of packed orders
- Product listings
- Website policies accepted during checkout
- Fraud prevention verification records
Knowingly filing a false chargeback after receiving products or services may result in collection efforts where permitted by law.
Lash Appointments
Appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless canceled by KDIORSTUDIOS.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
No refunds are provided for completed services.
If you experience a concern with your lash service, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate. Complimentary adjustments are offered solely at our discretion.
Product Performance
Results may vary based on individual use, technique, skin type, aftercare, humidity, temperature, and environmental conditions. KDIORSTUDIOS cannot guarantee identical results for every customer.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service purchased.
