KDIORSTUDIOS Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KDIORSTUDIOS. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
During sales, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by KDIORSTUDIOS.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs before the order is reshipped.
KDIORSTUDIOS is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
KDIORSTUDIOS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist by providing shipment information if needed.
Shipping Delays
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times.
KDIORSTUDIOS is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact KDIORSTUDIOS within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and shipping label
- A description of the damage
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to assist.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will send the correct item or provide another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders refused by the customer or left unclaimed and returned to us may be subject to:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- A restocking fee where permitted by law
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
KDIORSTUDIOS has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
