Customers may purchase beauty products and accessories through our website or other authorized sales channels, including our TikTok Shop where available.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, limit, or modify products at any time.
Professional Services
Appointments for lash services must be booked through our approved booking system.
Service pricing is listed at the time of booking and is subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped or a service is performed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, loyalty rewards, and special pricing:
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- Have no cash value.
- May expire without notice.
- May be canceled or modified at our discretion.
Gift Cards
Gift cards, store credit, and promotional credits are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of KDIORSTUDIOS.
Pricing Errors
If a pricing, product description, or inventory error occurs, KDIORSTUDIOS reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been collected.
