• You’ll receive an invoice to confirm your order.

We offer full customization for all wholesale orders, including:

• Personalized product packaging
• Branded stickers, barcodes, & inserts
• Color, layout, and style customization tailored to your brand
Please note:
• Custom designs require approval before production.
• Processing times may vary depending on your level of customization.
• Final proofs must be confirmed by you before your order can move into manufacturing.

Payments
• Full payment is required before shipping.

• Orders are not processed until payment clears.
Processing & shipping
• Processing: 10-17 business days.
• Shipping: 5-7 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs, or taxes (if applicable).
Returns & exchanges
• All wholesale sales are final.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
• Approved replacements will be sent at no extra cost.
